We are looking for high caliber and tested Digital Marketing Leader to join a project with strategic significance and high exposure. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead Digital Marketing spanning Search (Paid and Organic), Affiliates/Display, Mobile/App Marketing, and Website. You will be responsible for shaping the strategy, planning, executing 360 degree marketing campaigns for the business. You will define both the long-term strategy and short term plans to achieve the vision and deliver business results. The ideal candidate will be innovative, team oriented, an effective communicator, have a desire to participate in change, and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaign
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess ROI
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Focus on growth hacking strategies to drive efficient acquisition
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Manage a team of high potential marketers

  • Strong analytic and quantitative skills
