As our next Digital Marketing Specialist, you will manage day-to-day projects driven by technology and data, so a strong technical foundation and excellent attention to detail are necessary. You are diplomatic and are able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of skillsets and personalities. You are comfortable supporting marketing objectives, identifying new projects, prioritizing tasks, identifying issues and tracking them to resolution, and implementing new campaigns across search, display advertising, email, video and retargeting.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with digital agencies and internal marketing teams to attract more visitors, increase engagement, conversions and organic awareness.
Assist with developing, coordinating and monitoring scheduling, planning, and performance of digital marketing initiatives.
Ensure adherence to plans and schedules, develop solutions, implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
Collaborate with digital agencies to manage digital touch points, including multiple online websites, landing pages, video, email and mobile platforms.
Manage and execute testing requirements for updates to all digital applications.
Support email initiatives, including email production, system testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of emails and landing pages.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the customer journey and enhance the experience wherever possible through automated touches via appropriate channels and recommend new touchpoints.
Partner with other marketing, sales and product management teams to ensure brand consistency in the online space.
Suggest and implement digital marketing methods to increase profitability.
Stay up to date with digital technologies and marketing innovation developments.
Monitor website performance and develop strategies to improve website traffic and search engine rankings.
Working hand-in-hand with digital analytics agency on maintaining site analytics, metrics, campaign and testing reporting.
Measure, analyze and report on digital marketing performance through KPIs and demonstrate ROIs on each channel, providing actionable insights based on analytics and provide recommendations for modification to increase ROI.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media or relevant field.
Minimum four years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
Proven experience with marketing automation, digital asset management and product information management is a plus.
Knowledge and experience with search engine marketing, webpage design and optimization.
Strong management, documentation and organization skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships.
Proficient with data analysis techniques and advanced Excel.
Proficient measuring and analyzing online marketing campaigns including organic and paid search, email and display.
Proven ability to think logically and creatively to develop innovative, new solutions.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to meet deadlines.
Deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production with a proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns.
Solid understanding of web metrics and digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
Moderate experience with Umbraco, Google Analytics 360, Tag Manager, AdWords and Search Console, SERP ranking tools, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, HTML, HTML 5, CSS and SQL is a plus.
