Design and implement the Health System’s Marketing Technology stack by working with key stakeholders within the organization. Administer existing Marketing Technology program including software, systems and technology. Ensure best practices and standards are used in implementation and ongoing operations of Marketing Technology systems. Lead selection of Marketing Technology software and vendors, oversee new implementations and act as liaison between the vendor and the various Health System departments impacted by implementing a new system. Additionally, facilitate user requests to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Work with and maintain open communication with Marketing Technology stakeholders to coordinate and interface related activities with other functional areas. Develop long term Marketing Technology planning and solutions to execute the Health System’s operating plan. Provide recommendations for investment or de-investment in Marketing Technology operations across the organization based on identified and collected organizational needs. Act as champion of the Marketing Technology initiatives in the organization. And serve as point-person for managing and escalating Marketing Technology issues/barriers/decisions to the appropriate level.

  • Provides leadership, manages and advocates good measurement techniques throughout the marketing organization.
  • Develops strategic roadmap and implementation plans for Marketing Technology solutions.
  • Ensures resolution for Marketing Technology production issues.
  • Manages interdependent work with strategic planning and IT to ensure appropriate implementation of Marketing Technology solutions.
  • Provides updates and participates in management / leadership meetings in Digital Marketing organization.
  • Works to create personalized omni-channel marketing experiences that drive customer engagement and conversion.
  • Ensure all marketing touchpoints are tracked, monitored and optimized.
  • Implements 1st and 3rd party customer scoring into audience management systems.
  • Collaborates with senior management and stakeholders to understand needs and issues.
  • Provides coaching to marketing staff, and ensures training and development plans are created and executed.
  • Markets Marketing Technology solutions and capabilities to the entire organization.
  • Influences and ensures compliance with corporate policies and processes.
  • Works with strategic vendors to achieve maximum benefits from the relationship.
  • Manages key issues outside of policy and procedure.
  • Recruits new personnel, and develops skill-sets of current personnel

  • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Marketing or related degree, required. Masters Degree, preferred.
  • Minimum seven (7) years Marketing Technology experience including management/ leadership related strategic and tactical projects and initiatives; analyzing and articulating Business Intelligence (BI) requirements and solutions.
  • Project Management experience, preferred.
  • Experience with web tracking methods and marketing automation required; Google Analytics and Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent business skills, strong decision making ability.
