EverCommerce is looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join a thriving healthcare vertical. In this role, you’ll provide strategic support to help fill, manage, and optimize the top of funnel within a few of our portfolio companies.

Due to COVID-19, our teams are currently working remotely until the foreseeable future. EverCommerce headquarters is located in Denver's LoDo district. This position is not location specific as we’re more focused on finding the right person for our team.

What you’ll be doing:

This role will play a key part in assisting the Marketing Director. You’ll develop and execute marketing campaigns for multiple healthcare subsidiary products by coordinating with teams to ensure successful campaign launches. You’ll become an expert in the product and target market, contributing content and optimizations, and managing the execution of multi-channel marketing programs.

You’ll report to the Marketing Director and work closely with multiple subsidiary companies’ marketing, sales, product, operations, and customer management teams as a strategic and tactical resource. You’ll work closely with the internal EverCommerce teams and the Marketing Programs Director on ensuring a profitable output for each subsidiary and a quality experience for their prospects and customers.

Some Key Responsibilities:

Help assess and identify growth opportunities for new or existing subsidiary products, strategize marketing, sales, or product programs, and execute or coordinate resources for successful execution.

Brainstorm new marketing opportunities and cross-sell opportunities between sister subsidiary companies.

    • Work closely with the EverCommerce and subsidiary teams in creating and implementing demand generation programs, cross-sell initiatives, go-to-market strategies, sales enablement strategies, and onboarding/retention strategies across multiple subsidiary companies.
    • Performance tracking of new programs, product launches and cross-sells for subsidiaries to ensure revenue goals and KPIs are being met or exceeded.
    • Manage the coordination of weekly/bi-weekly check-in meetings with subsidiary marketing and operations teams to track project progress and collaborate on key deliverables.
    • Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Operations Strategists to prioritize subsidiary project needs and secure additional resourcing at the EverCommerce level.
    • Manage the creation of various marketing assets such as: website content, blogs, email content and campaigns, landing pages, and marketing automation workflows.
    • Manage key monthly PPC and social media ads strategy while partnering with Paid Media Managers and Social Media ads manager for optimal ad performance.

Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree Marketing or related experience in related field.
    • 5-7 years of digital marketing or product marketing experience, preferably in Healthcare, SaaS software and/or B2B market
    • Prior management junior teams, marketing campaigns, and budgets in a performance marketing environment
    • Proven accountability for lead generation, top-of-funnel growth, and associated revenue KPIs.
    • Excellent data analysis skills and attention to detail
    • Exceptional project management and presentation skills
    • Proven ability to successfully communicate across all levels of an organization both face-to-face and remotely

Bonus Qualities:

    • Previous professional experience or advanced knowledge of SEO copywriting, Salesforce or Marketo.
