Your Role
Quantic is looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst for our DC Headquarters!
In this role, you will manage the analysis and reporting of complex marketing data to inform investment decisions for the Quantic School of Business and Technology. You will lead the development of sophisticated reporting dashboards, and proactively identify marketing funnel challenges and propose data-driven solutions. Leveraging your knowledge of statistics and analytical methods, you will approach decision-making with a business mindset, helping define actionable solutions by identifying ways to optimize every stage of the marketing funnel. Additionally, you will assist in the setup and execution of paid media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google) and be responsible for the timely completion of ad hoc requests from internal stakeholders.
The right candidate will be highly intelligent, enjoy a fast-paced startup environment, have a mission-oriented sense of purpose, and the ability to drive growth through the use of marketing metrics and strong business intuition. You will have a keen understanding of channel and funnel dynamics and recognize the risks of analysis paralysis. An ability to extrapolate and hypothesize with limited data sets is critical to the role. You will have demonstrated success in prior experiences performing in-depth data analysis to produce desirable business outcomes. You will play an important role in helping Quantic find the world’s best and brightest students.
Primary Responsibilities
- Own reporting for Marketing and Admissions teams
- Identify areas of opportunity along the marketing funnel and propose solutions with data-backed, viable hypotheses
- Analyze cross-channel audience targeting and highlight segments to drive growth
- Perform ad hoc data analysis in a timely manner while balancing long-term, high-impact projects
- Represent our vision and disruptive value proposition as we grow the brand and revolutionize the world of higher education
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of analytics experience
- Highly proficient at analyzing data, recognizing trends, and driving strategic recommendations
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot tables, advanced lookups) and SQL
- Intermediate knowledge of data visualization software (e.g. Tableau)
- Knowledge of product and/or website analytics tools (Amplitude and Google Analytics)
- Knowledge of digital marketing dynamics and KPIs
- Experience using paid marketing platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google) preferred.
- Passion for growth and exceeding business expectations
