Conviva Care Centers is in the midst of a significant growth strategy that requires a key focus on acquisition of new customers/patients and retention of current customers/patients while driving engagement across both. A critical component of the growth strategy is Conviva’s ability to hire and retain best-in-class Physicians and talent in addition to cultivating relationships with a key cohort, health plan brokers and agents. Conviva has the opportunity to build brand awareness in key markets and defend its position in others. This will require the development of marketing strategies that deliver at the brand-level while also delivering on market-level business dynamics and needs.
The Conviva Marketing team is looking for an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Analytics Lead who is hyper customer focused with an ability to understand complex business models, and develop marketing strategies that drive desired business outcomes. You’ll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies, as well as the management of marketing’s technology stack. Solid marketing technical mastery, strategic thinking, initiative and follow through, working effectively with others and good project management capabilities are critical to meet that responsibility. The position requires the ability manage multiple projects from concept to completion, drive strategy and execution, and collaborate with senior-level leaders and across teams of managers, consultants and analysts. This role reports to the Associate Vice President of Conviva Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Architect and activate the digital strategy including the development and delivery of capabilities in support of marketing
- Analyze data/insights, develop action plans and oversee ongoing maintenance/optimization activities
- Partner closely with CRM team to develop digital marketing strategies focused on generating traffic and sales on the organization's e-commerce site through conception, coordination, and control of digital owned assets
- Analyze online traffic analytics and develop actions to improve marketing campaign performance. Develop e-marketing content and material (e.g., e-newsletters, e-magazines, website and blog content, social media accounts, etc.).
- Deliver measurement strategies and overseeing to ensure execution; manage effective reporting and related communications to the business
- Create compelling audience experiences to drive marketing objectives and devise digital engagement strategies for prospective patients within different stages of the conversion funnel to support patient acquisition growth targets
- Develop digital guides/tools/templates to support sales team with patient acquisition, patient retention, and patient engagement
- Deploy digital patient acquisition toolkits and consult on acquisition approaches
- Develop and frame robust digital marketing initiatives that include test and learn opportunities where needed
- Have good planning skills and the ability to anticipate problems and develop a plan of action to prevent delays in projects and/or the department’s workflow
- Play a leading role in a cross-functional team environment to achieve business goals, keep projects on track, within budget, and on time
- Execute with a nimble speed to market focus, in order to achieve business objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree a plus
- 7+ years marketing experience, strongly desired
- Experience working with Salesforce, marketing attribution, reputation management
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of business, marketing strategy, digital marketing, and content marketing
- Strong, demonstrated skills leading and/or influencing cross-functional teams
- Strong, demonstrated skills measuring marketing campaigns and developing insights from analysis
- Strong, demonstrated strategy development skills and ability to engage in and apply enterprise thinking
- Project management experience with a demonstrated ability of managing and prioritizing a diverse set of projects
- The successful candidate will be an action-oriented, self-starter with strong organizational skills, who is thorough and demonstrates a lot of initiative and follow-through. This team player must be flexible, and enthusiastic.
