Digital Marketing Coordinator job in Milwaukee, WI

Paladin seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator to implement and monitor Digital Marketing campaigns. This position requires experience in website development, designing digital marketing campaigns and SEO tools. The position also includes implementing email campaigns along with social media support. We are looking for a candidate who is a self-starter, has some experience building marketing programs successfully and is able to collaborate with cross-functional teams. The Digital Marketing Coordinator must have the required technical experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies to achieve goals in designing, developing and managing PPC campaigns
• Provide analysis of existing PPC campaign performance and devise actionable insight for improvement
• Website maintenance
• Social Media support
• Use advanced knowledge in Marketing while partnering with management to produce and deliver successful campaigns.
• Identify and report on key performance indicators
• Remain current with industry trends
• Exercise discretion and independent judgement when creating and modifying NAC’s campaigns to ensure ad campaigns positively impact the company’s ROI

Required Skills & Certifications:

• Bachelor‘s Degree preferred or 3-5 years of SEM/PPC experience
• Google AdWords Certified
• Experience working with Google Analytics
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Creative, analytical and driven individual who works well on a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
