We are located in a small town in Iowa, so while our work is very fast paced, you must be comfortable with the slower pace of life found in a small town. Our ideal candidate is a digital marketing aficionado who can support the expansion of our digital growth agency and work on transformative projects for an exciting list of outdoor / lifestyle brands. The Digital Marketing Manager will be guiding SEO, paid search, and paid social strategies while coordinating with our Conversion Optimization teams to achieve double-digit growth for our clients.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM / 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

What you need to be successful in this position:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
• 5+ years of experience running paid social strategies preferred
• 1+ years of previous marketing agency experience
• Must have a strong foundation in SEO
• Google Partner Certifications for Paid Search, Shopping, & Google Analytics preferred
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
