We are searching for a highly creative and strategic Digital Marketing Manager (Digital Media) to co-lead our digital marketing team. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple client accounts, multi-channel account strategy and the team members assigned to your client accounts. You should also have a core-channel expertise in Digital Media (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display Advertising, etc.) and will lead the growing Digital Media delivery team.
Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels and multiple client accounts. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Project Delivery & Account Management
- Develop digital marketing plans, goals, and budgets for assigned accounts
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and provide guidance in the completion of tasks and deliverables
- Actively manage project resourcing for the delivery team and the facilitation of resourcing across teams if necessary
- Work with internal team to ensure that all areas of a solution are in sync
- Coordinate with other channel level experts to improve multi-channel marketing results
- Participate in quality assurance for all efforts and provide QA support for other departments
- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly channel-level reporting and strategy calls with clients and internal team
- Analyze campaign data and analytics to determine effectiveness of campaigns and make optimizations
- Manage client expectations and project scope, as well as lead billing and contract reviews with clients
- Identify opportunities to exceed client expectations within applicable project budget
- Facilitate understanding of customer issues when escalated and resolve accordingly
- Accurately manage and implement successful digital media campaigns, demonstrating revenue/lead goals, efficiency and volume to ensure high profitability. This will include:
- Continually evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns and offer recommendations based on evaluations to improve the campaigns
- Employing advanced search marketing techniques, such as mobile/location bid adjustments, multiple match type structure, Remarketing Lists for Search Ads, Dynamic Search Ads, etc. to achieve maximum ROI
- Consulting on landing page optimizations and testing recommendations for campaigns
- Monitoring competitive landscape and industry trends / constantly reviewing the marketplace for new digital media opportunities
- Executing digital media tactics including: bid management, keyword research/development, ad copy creation, audience research and development, establishing conversion tracking, and campaign performance tracking and reporting, testing, etc.
- Daily monitoring and analyzing digital media performance trends and develop strategies based on the data
- Creating and reviewing all digital media reports for their accuracy and effectively communicate strategies and performance trends in client communications
- Lead cross-team solution definition and project estimates within the sales process
- Facilitate client discovery, develop custom sales presentations, and lead solution overview in sales meetings
- Develop and write contracts with custom language and project scope
- Collaboratively design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including strategy, client services, operations and culture
- Directly manage assigned staff direct reports
- Meet monthly with direct reports to review their account strategies and tactics, identify any risks, as well as lead their individual growth plan at the agency
- Perform annual reviews with direct reports and discuss areas of improvement or growth
- Actively monitor, mentor, and provide guidance to cross functional team members
- Assist senior team members in solution definition and strategy development
- Lead efforts to continually update and improve Bayshore Solutions methodologies and processes
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry and our clients’ industries
- Actively pursues self-education and research project opportunities
- Demonstrated experience managing the delivery of digital marketing services for multiple stakeholders
- Experience managing a team of technical/creative individuals providing solutions in a professional services or agency environment
- Experience identifying and resolving complex technical and business process issues
- History in the execution of core HR management duties including interviewing, new employee orientation, delivery of performance reviews, identifying/executing on training opportunities
- Knowledge of various Content Management Software (CMS) platforms (ex: WordPress, Sitefinity, HubSpot, Magento, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics (or similar platform) required
- 5 - 7 years of experience in delivering digital marketing services, with a core focus in digital media
- 3 – 5 years of experience in leading multi-channel digital marketing strategy
- 1 - 2 years of experience working with business development, scoping business solutions, project estimation, and identifying required resources
- 1 – 2 years of experience managing multiple employees delivering solutions in a professional service environment
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
