How You’ll Make an Impact

The Digital Marketing Manager for the Valvoline Instant Oil Change business will be responsible for developing and executing new digital strategies and tactics, as well as supporting and further developing existing digital programs, to maximize the acquisition and retention value delivered by Valvoline Instant Oil Change in the U.S and Great Canadian Oil Change (GCOC) in Canada. The successful candidate will have proven experience managing digital marketing programs to drive more traffic and increase conversion.

In the role, you would be responsible for:

  • Implementing social media strategy to engage customers and build a community of advocates and followers.  Conduct influencer outreach efforts, build engagement by deploying content strategy and editorial calendar, measure and analyze performance and report on results.

  • Executing a web content strategy to drive traffic and improve SEO rankings. Define editorial roadmap, manage curation, creation, and promotion of content.

  • Managing an affiliate marketing program to drive acquisition. Evaluate and recommend marketing opportunities to expand reach and conversion.

  • Overseeing digital attribution platform to measure channel contribution and ROI for the customer purchase decision process. Identify and report on actionable insights from touchpoint and user-level analysis across the customer journey. Coordinate channel marketing data. Recommend strategic data-driven decisions based on customer paths to conversion.

  • Tracking performance of marketing programs and web properties for customer acquisition and retention. Define and report on KPIs to inform on lead generation and optimize for conversion. Identify trends and insights.

Become a digital marketing professional

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelors' degree in digital marketing, marketing, e-commerce, or similar field

  • Minimum of five years of digital marketing experience
  • Demonstrated experience defining strategies for social media and web content that drives results

  • Strong working knowledge of digital marketing programs, including influencer outreach

  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, MS Office Suite

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
