The Digital Marketing Specialist’s role is to design, create, and deliver marketing programs to support expansion and growth of the company services and products.

As a digital marketer you will be accountable for driving long-term growth, short-term experimentation and in-quarter results for the business segments of the $5.5B Creative Cloud business. You’ll be responsible for the planning and execution of marketing programs that drive paid member activation and ongoing engagement.

Your challenge is to lead the planning, building and execution of a scalable, predictable and repeatable marketing process that achieves targets while improving customer experience. You’ll be accountable for marketing channels including email, in-product surfaces, and push notifications. In addition, you will lead broader cross-functional campaigns and experiments in collaboration with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Research, and Design teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Use a data-driven approach to identify, execute, and optimize digital and offline marketing campaigns to efficiently acquire new customers
  • Perform day to day operational tasks for optimizing strategies, executing tests and enhancing campaigns
  • Utilize data to optimize existing campaigns, efficiently create new ads & promotions, and iterate on the creative & targeting testing cycles
  • Build input-driven models to forecast paid growth, ensure robust performance measurement to track our progress, and identify new growth opportunities
  • Provide insights on internal tools to scale and automate campaign creation, etc. and work closely with our engineering team to implement them
  • Drive insights to acquisition growth while meeting profitability targets, across key marketing channels.
  • Analyze key metrics daily, identify trends and execute a test to improve the target KPI
  • Create directives to optimize SEO, email and affiliate marketing, social media conversion, and SEM.
  • Understand growth analytics and tracking to support the creation of product features that drive growth and both: convert visitors into customers and increase the LTV of existing users.
  • Work with the team to develop strategies for acquisition, retention and reactivation through multiple channels, including SEM/SEO, Social, contextual targeting, retargeting, traditional marketing, inbound channels and other.
  • Maintain brand standards across all channels by working with and offering guidance to the management and leadership teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred) with 3-5 years of marketing experience with direct-to-consumers brands. Experience within a high-growth start-up a big plus.
  • 3+ experience building account-based marketing programs for a B2C/B2B sales organization
  • Comfortable working with large, complex, and disparate data sets -- strong Excel skills required; SQL or other database/ query skills preferred.
  • Comfortable with different data platforms (internal reporting, web analytics platforms, 3rd party marketing platforms).
  • Familiar with digital marketing channels, different attribution models, and B2B and B2C marketing programs.
  • Familiar with eCommerce and Enterprise business models and marketplaces.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proven track record of communicating strategies, building business cases and plans, and selling these across a matrix organization.
  • Proven work experience in acquisition marketing, ideally in-house
  • Expertise in all areas of marketing strategy development including customer targeting, brand strategy and brand architecture development, integrated communications planning, marketing investment modeling, quantitative research, campaign measurement and optimization, digital and social media strategy and analytics.
  • P&L experience, particularly on marketing spend for advertising e-commerce platforms
  • Extensive experience with digital market/lead generation techniques including email, social media, chat, SEM/SEO and blogs.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategy across channels and disciplines reaching and speaking to diverse audiences with relevant campaigns.
