Position Summary
The Digital Marketing Web Analyst will be responsible for driving digital marketing web analytics based recommendations and influencing decisions within the organization. This position reports to the VP of Digital Marketing.
Summary Of Essential Job Functions
- Analyze data to understand user behavior and identify opportunities to enhance digital program performance, new growth opportunities and optimize ROI.
- Develop business cases at a strategic and tactical level to ensure the data capture, reporting and dashboard are being developed in coordination with our digital marketing acquisitions strategy and roadmap.
- Determine relevant metrics and create appropriate reporting to track and analyze the performance of digital marketing acquisition programs.
- Work with senior leaders and business partners to understand critical business problems and areas of opportunity, influence to implement recommendations
- Develop presentations with conclusions and recommendations for senior management.
- Perform other related duties or special projects as assigned.

Job Requirements
Position Requirements
- 4-year Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years of experience using web analytical tools like Adobe Analytics/Omniture, WebTrends, Coremetrics, Mouseflow, Tealeaf, Google Analytics or other similar tools.
- Experience using statistical programs (SAS, SQL, etc.) preferred but not required
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ability to effectively communicate findings.
- Superior verbal and written communication and follow-up skills.
- Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, highly complex environment.
