The Xfinity Digital Marketing & Sales team manages XFINITY.com as well as other properties that are focused on engaging consumers online throughout the customer life cycle. It is an entrepreneurial, fast growing team with high impact and significant exposure across the organization. Our Digital Media and Marketing department delivers an optimal, unified customer journey across search, display, and onsite to drive engagement and conversion.

Core Responsibilities
  • The Senior Analyst of Digital Marketing will work closely with the Director of Digital Marketing on strategy, development and execution of marketing campaigns to optimize the end to end digital customer journey.
  • Serve as digital marketing subject matter expert for brand marketing tactics and strategies for key partners. Collaborate to help them meet/exceed goals.
  • Support the growth of brand consideration and conversion on xfinity.com through effective campaign management to achieve expectations in onsite engagement and sales.
  • Collaborate with numerous cross-functional teams, such as UX Design, Merchandising, Product and Marketing Communications towards joint business performance goals.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in key audience segments and execute cohesive digital marketing campaigns and test & learn to optimize the digital journey
  • Provide close loop reporting on campaign results through in-depth analyses to inform future optimization strategies.
  • Work closely with internal and external partners to identify and scale best practices as they relate to digital adoption strategies. Implement and execute marketing tests and scale to drive results.
  • Drive acquisition and customer lifecycle engagement marketing through personalization across offsite and onsite in order to increase sales and engagement and retention through xfinity.com and our digital media.
  • Develop business cases for digital marketing proposals and make recommendations on tactics.
  • Lead independent special cross-channel projects with high visibility and exposure with minimal project definition
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Education and Experience
  • Education Level – Bachelor's Degree
  • Field of Study – Bachelor’s Degree in marketing/advertising, statistics, mathematics, business, or related field
  • Years’ Experience – 3-6 years of related experience

Other Specific Skills
  • 3+ years in marketing strategy preferred, including specific experience in qualitative/quantitative market research and business analytics.
  • Ability to develop compelling strategic narratives and present findings to senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with audience creation through site behavior and data modeling.
  • Experience with digital campaign metrics: must feel comfortable learning new systems and tools. Knowledge of web measurement technologies such as: ad serving platforms (e.g. Google’s Ad Server), website analytics software (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), paid search engine marketing data sources (e.g., AdWords, Bing Ads, SA360), DSPs (e.g. DV360), site tagging (e.g. DTM), audience creation (e.g. AAM, DMP) a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and to prioritize as needed in a fast moving environment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with business leaders, team members, and cross-functional partners
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong project management, presentation, and communication skills
  • Must be innovative, proactive and a strong team player
  • Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
