OnePlus is looking for a Sr. Marketing Strategy Manager with planning expertise who has a talent for making complex situations easy to understand. A creative, analytical and strategic individual will create and execute a content strategy to increase awareness, engagement, and conversion. This role requires an editorial and storytelling mindset – the goal is to elevate OnePlus' digital and social awareness, connect with our fans, and increase brand loyalty.

 

What you’ll do

  • Develop strategy and manage the team responsible for creative campaigns that support brand and product campaigns.
  • Help team plan on annual and quarterly basis for campaigns that support all elements of consumer funnel, from awareness to the conversation.
  • Maintain brand aesthetics and standards across all channels.
  • Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative and the production process.
  • Ensure deadlines are met; can balance long-term and short-term projects simultaneously.
  • Manage time and prioritize daily workload.
  • Stay up to with the latest trends and propose new ideas for layouts and functionality.
  • Must be comfortable with a very fast-paced environment.
  • Identify areas of opportunity and propose solutions.

Requirements:

  • 7+ year’s relevant professional experience in integrated marketing.  
  • Direct team leadership experience either on agency or client side leading team.
  • Demonstrated ability taking campaigns from planning stage to execution
  • Strong background in Digital and Social marketing.  
  • Good sense of aesthetic design and content quality
